Telephone the Box Office on 01453 760900. You can pay by credit or debit card and collect your tickets on the door or for an extra £1.00 your tickets will be posted to you.

Tickets are available from The Tourist Information Centre. Open 10.00am – 5.00pm Mon - Sat.

Discounts

Available as indicated for selected events. Only one discount may apply per ticket. Please enquire about discounts when booking. All discounts are subject to availability and proof of eligibility.

Concessions

Concessionary ticket prices apply to students, senior citizens, registered unemployed and under 16 years. Proof of status is required.

Refunds

We are sorry but we are unable to offer refunds unless an event is cancelled.

Latecomers

Latecomers will not be admitted into the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance.

Facilities For Disabled People

Please help us to help you by informing us of your needs when booking. We have wheelchair access at the front of the building and a lift to the Ballroom. The disabled access toilet is on the ground floor. Parking for disabled drivers is close by. There is a hearing loop in the Ballroom.

Children

No unaccompanied children under 14 will be admitted to the premises unless otherwise stated.
